Yoshitomo Nara

Famous for a style that combines Japanese Ukiyo-e prints and Pop Art cartoons, Yoshitomo Nara is famous for his paintings, prints and sculptures of solitary, doll-like children that he uses to convey his own understanding of the duality of human nature - they are happy and sad, generous and selfish, optimistic and pessimistic, curious and confused.

Nara's print market has exploded in recent years, with his woodblock prints becoming increasingly difficult to source - we are actively looking to buy so please keep an eye on his page or sign up to our mailing list to receive notification of new artworks by Nara, and other artists.

If there is an artwork by Nara that you are specifically looking for but not listed on this page, please feel free to get in touch and we would be happy to try and source it for you.
